This is a cracker; made by husband and wife Xavier and Caroline, it is 50:50 Merlot, Cabernet. But what sets it apart is elegance; not heavy or over extracted it is joyfully light on its feet, nicely mineral, drinkable and makes you want more. Perfect with a long, decadent lunch
