This is very special. From the top flight Waterkloof this is a blend of 51% Cab Franc, 25% Merlot and 14% Petit Verdot. The coolness of the vineyard shows as real elegance but there is power too alongside a wonderfully complex nose with cedar and spice. It would keep for 10-15 years but that would require more restraint than we can muster, V
